Gudibande fort

Gudibande is a town in Chikkaballapur District in Karnataka. Gudibande Fort was built by a yogi and a local chieftain called Byre Gowda some 400 odd years ago in the 17th century. It was believed that he belonged to the Tuluva dynasty of the Vijayanagar empire. Trekking at this fort start and ends with stone steps all along with small patches without steps. the top has a small temple and a lot of space to sit around and enjoy amazing breeze and a view like nowhere else.

FIRST Pick up – Start at 5.00 am
Reach Gudibande by 7.00 am
Start trek approx. 1.5 hours up to the top.
Spend leisure time exploring and taking pics. Have breakfast on top or on the way. Will be decide depending on group size.
Start return down by 11.00 am.
Reach down by 12 noon.
Reach Bengaluru by 2pm.
