Annapurna Base Camp Trek (ABC)

Day 01: Kathmandu (1337m)

Arrival and receive from Kathmandu International Airport. Transfer and check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara (200Km, 6Hrs)

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara by deluxe Tourist Bus or by Flight. Check into the hotel and the rest of the day is for a self-excursion around Lakeside Market. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 03: Drive to Ghandruk (1070m) 3hrs-drive

Morning short drive to Ghandruk by Scorpio Jeep, a scenic journey through mountain roads, terraced fields, and lush valleys. Spend the day at Ghandruk, a prominent Gurung settlement, offered a stunning view of Annapurna and Fishtail Mountain Ranges, setting the stage for your adventure. Overnight stay in Ghandruk.

Day 04: Ghandruk to Chhomrong(2170m) – 6hours

Manage load for porters and trek from Ghandruk to Chhomrong following the Modi Khola. Overnight stay in Chhomrong.

Day 05: Chhomrong to Bamboo. (2300m) – 6hours

Trek from Chhomrong to Bamboo crossing Oak, Rhododendron Forest. Overnight stay in Bamboo.

Day 06: Bamboo to Deurali. (3200m) – 6hours

Trek from Bamboo to Deurali (6 hrs). Overnight stay in Deurali.

Day 07: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4130) via Machhapuchhre Base camp (3700m) – 7hours

The trek starts from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4131m), passing through Fishtail Base Camp (3700m) over the course of about 5 hours. This area, known as Annapurna Sanctuary, offers stunning views of Mt. Annapurna I, Mt. Annapurna South, Mt. Barah Shikhar, and other surrounding snow-capped peaks. Overnight stay in ABC.

Day 08: Morning ABC exploration and trek down to Deurali. (3,230 m) – 5hours

Morning is free for witnessing the breathtaking sunrise over the snowy peaks of the Annapurna range from Annapurna Base Camp, explore the area of Annapurna Base Camp. After breakfast about 10 to 10;30 am will begin descent to Deurali. Overnight stay in Deurali.

Day 09: Deurali to Lower Sinuwa (2340 m) -6hours

Trek down from Deurali to Lower Sinuwa. Follow descend path, lunch around Chhomrong. Overnight stay in Lower Sinuwa.

Day 10: Lower Sinuwa to Jhinu (1780m) – 6hours

Trek down from lower Sinuwa to Jhinu. End of Trekking. Overnight stay in Jhinu.

Day 11: Jhinu to Pokhara – 4hours

Trek down to Jhinu phedi by crossing the river Bridger. From Jhinu phedi we drive to Pokhara via Nayapul. Upon arrival in Pokhara, transfer to the hotel. The evening will be free for personal activities.

Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu- 6 hours

After breakfast, drive to Kathmandu by deluxe tourist bus. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 13: Departure

After breakfast, your trip will be Completed. Transfer to International Airport for further destination.

Risk and Liabilities

We will endeavor to make your program smooth and as pleasant as possible. However the entire programs of trekking are on the ranges of great mountains.  Therefore, Akka Adventures & Leisure and ANY related agencies shall not be responsible for any changes in the itineraries due to unavoidable circumstance and natural disasters such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snowing, cancellation of flight and delay, any types of sickness including altitude sickness.  Any extra cost including there shall be borne by trekkers themselves.

Insurance

Full trekking and travel insurance coverage for medicine, rescue evacuation, loss of belongs, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy    

Full cost of the trip will be refunded (except airfare cancellation involved) till 3 Weeks, 21days prior to the trip, after that, the below mentioned cancellation rules will apply. If Akka Adventures has made ticket bookings the Airfare cancellation amount will also apply.

  • 50% advance while booking & 50% before 30days of travel
  • All other bookings will carry
    • 25% cancellation charges from day 1
    • 50% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days
    • 75% cancellation charges if cancelled before 15 days
    • No refund if cancelled less than15 days
