Kabbaladurga

Kabbaladurga trek, in Kanakpura, is one of the most scenic and adventure packed treks around Bengaluru. The trek starts with steps and then goes on for about 500m with a slightly steep constant incline. Followed by some adventurous rocky terrain, slippery boulders and mud pathways. There are steps carved in boulders in some places, railings in some places and trees for support. At the top we find a Kabbalamma temple and a pond. Its surrounded by grasslands and lots of trees. Usually there are lots of monkeys here, so keep your belongings and especially water and food tucked away in the backpack. Best to visit during winters as it gets terribly hot to trek during summers and Slippery during monsoons
